What Is Sensibull?
Sensibull is India's most popular options analytics platform. It connects to your Zerodha, Angel One, Dhan, or IIFL account and gives you tools that the broker's own app doesn't have: option chain visualization, strategy builder, implied volatility charts, and automated strategy execution.
Think of it as TradingView but specifically for Nifty and Bank Nifty options. The free tier gives you basic option chain data. The paid plans ($19-$39/month equivalent in INR) unlock the features that actually make money.
Pricing Plans (April 2026)
| Plan | Price | Key Features |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Rs 0 | Basic option chain, OI data, 1 strategy builder |
| Pro | Rs 800/month | IV charts, OI analytics, multi-leg strategies, alerts |
| Ultimate | Rs 1,600/month | Everything in Pro + live Greeks, portfolio analytics, institutional data, backtesting |
Is it worth paying? If you trade Nifty/Bank Nifty options more than 10 times per month, the Pro plan pays for itself. The IV (Implied Volatility) charts alone help you avoid selling options when IV is too low (premium too cheap to sell) or buying when IV is too high (premium overpriced).
Features That Actually Matter
1. Option Chain With OI Data
Sensibull's option chain shows Open Interest (OI) for every strike in real-time. Why this matters: OI at a specific strike tells you where institutional traders have positioned. If 25,000 CE has massive OI build-up, institutions are selling calls there — it acts as resistance. Conversely, huge OI at 24,500 PE means institutions sold puts — support level.
The free tier shows basic OI. The Pro tier adds OI change (how much OI was added/removed today), which is far more useful — rising OI on call side = bearish, rising OI on put side = bullish.
2. Strategy Builder
Builds multi-leg option strategies visually. Select your view (bullish, bearish, neutral, volatile) and Sensibull suggests strategies with payoff diagrams. You can adjust strikes, see max profit/loss, breakeven points, and execute directly through your connected broker.
Strategies available: Bull Call Spread, Bear Put Spread, Iron Condor, Straddle, Strangle, Butterfly, Calendar Spread, Ratio Spread, and custom multi-leg combos.
3. Implied Volatility (IV) Charts
This is the feature that separates Sensibull from basic broker apps. IV tells you whether options are cheap or expensive relative to historical norms. Sensibull plots IV percentile — if Nifty IV is in the 10th percentile, options are historically cheap (good time to buy straddles). If IV is in the 90th percentile, options are expensive (good time to sell).
For our straddle/strangle strategies, IV percentile is the first thing we check before entering.
4. Basket Orders
Execute multi-leg strategies in a single click. Instead of placing 2-4 separate orders for an Iron Condor (which risks getting partial fills), Sensibull's basket order sends all legs simultaneously. This works through Zerodha, Angel One, and other supported brokers.
What Sensibull Can't Do
- No international markets — only NSE options (Nifty, Bank Nifty, FinNifty, stocks). If you want to trade S&P 500 options or forex options, you need a platform like XM or Exness with MetaTrader 5.
- No backtesting on free plan — you need Ultimate (Rs 1,600/month) for historical backtesting of options strategies.
- Delayed data on free plan — free tier has 15-minute delay on some data points. Real-time requires Pro.
- Not a broker — Sensibull doesn't hold your money or execute trades directly. It connects to your existing broker account. You still need Zerodha/Angel One/Dhan.

Verdict: Who Should Use Sensibull?
Buy Pro if: You trade Nifty/Bank Nifty options 10+ times per month, want IV analytics, and need multi-leg execution. The Rs 800/month is 1-2 winning option trades.
Use free tier if: You're learning options and want to see OI data and try strategy builder without paying. Upgrade later when you're profitable.
Skip Sensibull if: You only trade equity (no options), trade international markets (forex, crypto), or use purely technical analysis without options analytics. In that case, TradingView or your broker's own app is sufficient.
